Teens: Voting Registration & Informational Night

Tuesday, January 285:00—6:30 PMLibrary Meeting RoomWiggin Memorial Library10 Bunker Hill Ave., Stratham, NH, 03885

Teens- are you turning 18 sometime in the next year? Are you unsure of what you need to do to vote in the upcoming 2020 elections? Are you unsure of which elections are even coming up in 2020? Do you want a say in how things are run, both nationally and right here in Stratham? Do you like pizza?

Then this is your night!

We're going to be discussing voter registration, how a ballot works in NH, and how Stratham's Town Meeting works. We'll have a member of the Town Clerk's office on hand to answer questions, and even register you to vote if you're old enough (and have your ID with you!). We'll discuss how the upcoming NH Primary in February works, how Town Meeting Day & voting works in March, and how the National Presidential Election will work in November.

If you care about things like representation, the climate, the school budget, the skatepark proposal, and more, come to this evening's meeting! Get some info & a slice of pizza, and leave feeling informed & hopefully excited!
