The Wiggin Library and Stratham Parks and Rec are teaming up again for an engaging author talk and Q&A session with Egizia Santilli Brown, a local resident and Italian author of the book From Vico 1 Porta Nuova and Beyond: Memories of an Abruzzo Childhood.  Books will be available for signing and purchase.

Egizia Santilli Brown hails from Pratola Peligana, Abruzzo, Italy, and later moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia, where she mastered English, earning degrees in English and Education from Mt. St. Vincent's University. After relocating to New England, she taught elementary school in Portland, Maine, for a year before dedicating more than two decades to teaching Italian and cooking to adults in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
